About me

** I offer counselling sessions either online or face to face in Gravesend town centre **

Are you struggling with anxiety, overthinking or self-doubt? Are these thoughts affecting your relationships, your self-esteem or even stopping you from making life changing decisions?

Let me help you develop and discover:

* How to manage your anxiety and other strong emotions

* Gain a strong sense of who you are

* Build healthier and happier relationships

* Develop a deeper sense of peace and calm

* Plan a future to look forward to

Often, due to life events we can be left feeling anxious, sad, undervalued, overwhelmed, resentful, angry or lonely. And these feelings can often lead to us struggling with everyday life.

Whether you want to live a more calm, content and balanced life or to really push yourself to achieve goals that currently seem so far away, I can provide a warm, friendly, non-judgemental and confidential space in which you will feel safe to reflect on your issues, work through them and find a positive way forward.

Whatever your motivation for counselling, I am happy to work with your everyday thoughts as well as difficult past experiences and fears for the future. No problem is too big or too small and all thoughts, feelings and emotions are welcome.
