About me

I am a warm and friendly Chartered Counselling Psychologist from North London. With over a decade of therapeutic experience and three postgraduate therapeutic trainings. I have extensive experience in the NHS and third sector and charitable organisations.

I am knowledgeable, warm and flexible and will cater therapy to your own individual needs. Therapy can either be structured or longer term depending on your goals and wishes.

I see the majority of my clients via online platforms such as Zoom, and have found it to be just as effective as face-to-face sessions. I also see people face to face in therapy rooms in Islington, London N1.
