About me

Hi, my name is H�di (she/her), I am a BACP registered and accredited counsellor. I offer counselling to individuals in English and Hungarian, face to face in and around Gateshead and on video platforms.

I offer Integrative therapy; this means that I combine various counselling modalities according to the client's needs. My main modalities are: Person Centred Therapy, Psycho-dynamic Therapy and CBT.

I support children from age 13 and adults of any age, gender, faith, colour, sexual preference and disability. I also support autistic people and those with ADHD.

I am LGBTQI+ aligned and support people in all types of relationships including polyamorous.

My therapy room is easily accessible by metro and bus, there is plenty of parking space in the street.
