About me

I am an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist and specialise in perinatal mental health and in relational difficulties:

1- Perinatal mental health
I work with individuals experiencing any type of perinatal issues. This includes:
-fertility and conception
-pregnancy issues
-birth trauma; grief; loss
-adjusting to parenthood
-perinatal mental health conditions such as anxiety, OCD, depression/low mood, unusual/intrusive thoughts
-relationship difficulties (including relationship with baby; attachment issues)

2- Relational difficulties
I frequently work with relational difficulties. These difficulties can sometimes be linked to early experiences or traumas. I am trained in a number of therapies which can help people better understand themselves and their patterns in their relationships.

I am warm, compassionate and down to earth. I always work collaboratively. We will understand your therapy goals and hopes before agreeing on the best therapeutic approach.
