About me

I am an integrative psychotherapist with over 12 years' clinical experience across NHS services, educational settings, charities and private practice. As part of my doctoral training in Counselling Psychology, I currently provide therapy within NHS services, including work within a specialist women's trauma service and an oncology setting.

I work with adults, adolescents and children experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional distress, and workplace or family challenges.

My approach is primarily psychodynamic (including Adlerian), tailored to each individual rather than following a single therapeutic model. Therapy focuses on developing understanding of emotional and relational patterns while working towards clear and achievable goals.

Both structured short-term therapy and longer-term work are offered where appropriate. Evidence-based approaches may be integrated when helpful, including CBT-informed strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT skills and Brainspotting (a gentle, focused approach that can help process emotional experiences and distress that may be difficult to access through words alone).

Sessions aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental and collaborative space where clients feel supported and actively involved in therapy.
