About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist, with longstanding experience and knowledge, of supporting individuals who have faced a range of difficulties. These include issues within personal identities and relationships, depression, and anxiety, to name a few. Whatever you may be facing, I commit to offering a caring, open-minded, and non-judgemental approach to support you to navigate the hardships you are experiencing and build a strong sense of 'self' and empowerment.

I work creatively and flexibly, tailoring therapy to your needs, whilst also attending to social and cultural contexts which connect with our psychological wellbeing. Approaches I draw on may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy and Narrative Approaches.

Throughout our time together, I aim to offer a collaborative, safe, empathic and non-judgemental space for you to express yourself freely. I am committed to supporting you to foster a better understanding of your experiences, and increase your sense of 'self'.
