About me

I am a psychotherapist who deals with individuals and couples.

Choosing to come to therapy can be a very hard decision for some people. At times it may take weeks or months before the decision is made to seek out support, help or somebody to listen to you.

All my clients are met with openness, honesty and a genuine interest in helping them. Sessions are focused, well balanced and professional.

Techniques I use are tailored to your individual needs. In our sessions we will look at what you would like from counselling and we will review this regularly.
