About me
Hello and welcome. Life can be challenging at times and it’s likely you’re here because you’re finding it hard to cope. It’s a big step to take and I hope to give you an idea of how I may be able to support you.
I offer psychotherapy and Havening Techniques to help you to explore what you need to find a path through your difficulties and gain balance in your life and in your relationships.
I have a particular interest in working holistically with the mind and body to help people cope with and, hopefully, resolve emotional and physical difficulties such as chronic fatigue, chronic pain, post-traumatic stress, complex trauma, anxiety and depression.
I can support you to become more at ease with difficult feelings and build a greater resilience in your nervous system for handling stress.
An area of particular focus for me is working with people who either self-identify or have been diagnosed with autism and ADHD.
I can help you explore what this means for you as an individual and how you can live your life in a way that works for you and your neurodevelopmental differences.
