About me

I'm an experienced Practitioner Psychologist with further specialist Psychotherapy training from Tavistock & Portman NHS Clinic. I have over 15 years of experience. My interests include psychodynamic therapy as well as other therapies based on attachment theory, EMDR, DBT. My way of working is emphatic, flexible and receptive to your individual needs.

Areas of interest

I work with adults offering therapy for clients struggling with their emotions, experiencing relationship difficulties, career and work related concerns. I am experienced in providing effective therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, self esteem problems, body image concerns, as well as medically unexplained symptoms, intimacy problems and other psychological challenges.
