About me

Hi, my aim is to provide you with a safe, non judgmental environment where you can grow and develop. Using an integrative approach I can help you explore yourself so you can find your inner peace and reach your full potential.

I am an experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist who can adapt to your needs to where you want to get to. By offering you compassion, acceptance and the opportunity to be listened to I can help you reach your full potential.

I have been working as a therapist for over fifteen years and have been able to experience with people the personal growth that they have developed though counselling and seen the changes that they have implemented in their lives.

Having a passion about counselling and loving the idea of supporting people through their journeys,� work in a humanist integrative approach, with the use of a Person Centred approach, Gestalt, CBT and Solution Focused.

I provide both long term and short term counselling for individuals and couples and offer a free 30 minute, no obligation session where you can come and meet me, ask me questions or use it as a short counselling session to use as an opportunity to discover to see if you feel comfortable working with me and are able to build a therapeutic relationship with me which is important for counselling to take place. If after the 30 minutes, you are happy and would like to continue the counselling sessions, I will book you in for an assessment.
