About me

Everyone needs support from time to time. What some might consider day to day issues gradually or suddenly feel like much more. I work with individuals and with couples in any types of relationships.

Simon has experience of, and offers working Face to Face, Remotely, or by telephone, depending on your preference.

Simon qualified in 2018, following 4 years of formal training, and supervised volunteering with a number of charities.

Simon has developed his experience since qualifying and achieved Accreditation with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

Simon offers a confidential, private space where you can say what you like, however you like, without fear of judgement or upsetting someone else. I will do my best to understand what life is like for you, through your lens. I will help you to work out what you want to do and how you would like to do it to be the best you can be.

This all depends on the type of Policy that you have. These limitations apply to all Bupa Providers, and will be explained in full before we decide to work together.
