About me

Im an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), specializing in the treatment of anxiety and depression disorders. Depression and anxiety is present with you all the time even during moments of happiness and pleasure, and it is usually lingers in the back of your mind. Following you wherever you go harrowing in your most euphoric moments and engulfing you during the most tumultuous periods of your life. Sometimes we forget to be kind to ourselves, forgetting how to channel the empathy we so freely give to others back to ourselves, unhelpful thinking about ourselves, others, the world or a situation can make it difficult to focus on our road to recovery.
A safe space to address, discuss and share topics that are affecting you, your loved ones or someone around you - free of judgement, I can help to support and facilitate this non-judemental and compassionate space. Whether it's your first time seeking therapy or you had it before, it may feel daunting to disclose something that makes you feel vulnerable without the guarantee that it will work. Don't let that put you off.
