About me

I currently offer sessions online or in lovely room in the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Throughout my history I have learnt a variety of models and approaches to therapy; although predominantly using an Integrative approach, I am additionally qualified and experienced in therapeutic models including Humanistic, CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, Internal Family Systems, EMDR and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

My aim is to bring systematic understanding into therapeutic work, acknowledging the importance of encompassing all of the aspects of a person's life.

I have developed specialisms in working with individuals to achieve their goals, think about unpleasant and difficult experiences and, crucially, helping people to recognising their strengths and resilience. I am very aware that no two people's needs and personal experiences are the same and we can create a more fluid approach to therapy where it can be adapted as the therapeutic relationship develops as the intricacies of your needs and situation are met.
