About me

Life isn’t always easy and I believe that using a range of techniques / one size doesn’t fit all approach is what my clients benefit from. If your feeling stuck at the moment, having low mood or motivation, low self esteem, have experienced trauma or feelings of anxiety are getting in the way of living your life then I can help you.

Working together, I can support you in ‘un-muddling’ and making sense of your experiences and work towards the change the change you want to have.

I am a trained and qualified psychotherapist with degrees in psychology, CBT, psychotherapy and have trained in coaching, leadership and motivational interviewing. I am fully accredited with the British Association of Psychological Therapies (BABCP) and worked for over 10 years within NHS services, private organisations and now within my own private practice.
