About me

I am based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. I offer video / phone as my main way of working, due to the flexibility it offers my clients. I can also offer in person sessions if this is preferred - this is from my base at Woodend, Scarborough.

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, and I am also trained in EMDR, Flash, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
My approach is supportive, compassionate and solution focused - I work with you to help you achieve the outcomes you desire.
I have several years of experience of working within Talking Therapies services within the NHS, my back ground prior to being a therapist is in mental health nursing.
I am accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and am registered as a mental health nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
