About me

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life events, I am here to help you work them through so that you feel more ready and able to face day to day life.

We will work collaboratively to find solutions, ensuring that you feel at ease to explore what has become uncomfortable and a challenge.

I am an intergrative therapist, using Person centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural therapies to work with the issues that you bring to therapy.

I am also and EMDR therapist.

EMDR is a recognised therapy by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) to work with PTSD.

On a personal level, I have a MSc in therapeutic counselling and have a wealth of experience as a therapist and have worked with a range of presenting issues.

I strive at all times to ensure there is a professional, warm and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship, which helps to put you at ease which results in reaching therapeutic goals.
