About me

I am a chartered psychologist offering face-to-face, video and telephone sessions.

I have spent most of my career working to improve people�s quality of life and psychological wellbeing for those with a range of health conditions.

I take a compassionate approach and I work collaboratively with people to find the best approaches to help them to overcome their difficulties.

I participate in continuous professional development and have regular clinical supervision to keep up to date with the most effective techniques to ensure the highest standards of care for patients. I also provide supervision and am on the register of applied psychology supervisors with the British Psychological Society.

Distress or difficulty managing or adjusting to physical health conditions.
Adjustment following life-changing medical treatments, serious illness or injury.
Pain management
Health anxiety
Sleep problems
Stress and traumatic stress
Persistent physical symptoms or medically unexplained symptoms
Behaviour changes important to managing health e.g. dietary changes.
