Counselling and psychotherapy can seem mysterious at first and my aim is to clarify the process, making it as accessible and collaborative as possible. I am trained in various therapeutic modalities and my approach is integrative; every client is different and we work together accordingly.

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your concerns - the aim is to rebalance and empower you.

I have over 20 years’ experience working with young people. I work with clients from age 12 and adults of all ages.
