About me

I offer a safe and confidential environment, for you my client to explore your inner thoughts and feelings.
To gain a better understanding of yourself allowing you to have more control on how you act and react to these thoughts and feelings.
I believe we all possess the ability to find our own answers, even at times when every thing feels as though it is falling apart and you are losing control.
I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and loss.

Areas of interest

I work with a large age bracket from 18 to 80;
I use person centred counselling, working with the clients here and now giving them the space to talk and gain understanding of what they are going through;
Psycho Dynamic, working with past events that have an impact on the client in the now;
Inner dialog and self compassion, working on how a client speaks to themselves from a negative to positive narrative;
EMDR therapy using bi lateral stimulation to to help process trauma.
