About me

I work with young people (aged 12+) and adults.
I use behavioural modelling to integrate my training in CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy. This allows me to adapt myself to a client's way of working, rather than vice versa.

I work with clients to enrich their understanding of their subjective experience of themselves, others and the world.
