About me

Hi my name is Sheryl and I'm an experienced Person Centered Counsellor. I am accredited with the BACP.
I am also a member of EMDR UK.
I have been in practice for 11 years.
I have a degree and a post graduate diploma in Person Centered Therapy.
I also have a Post Graduate certificate in Primary Education.
I work as a school counsellor in a secondary school. I have a special interest in attachment difficulties and trauma following my work previously as a foster carer.
I worked as HR manager for 20 years+ and so also work with adults.
I help with many conditions including anxiety, depression, bereavement and trauma.
I am a wife, mum, step mum, foster mum, daughter, sister and friend. Relationships are important to me and I primarily build one with my clients to enable us to progress and process what is needed in safety.
