About me

My name is Kate and I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I hold EMDR Europe Accreditation status in EMDR and offer this service for adults experiencing trauma related difficulties.
Having previously worked in the NHS for many years in CAMHS and Adult Psychological Therapy services I now run an independent practice in Grantham, Lincolnshire and treat problems such as PTSD, Depression, Social Anxiety, Generalised Anxiety, OCD, Health Anxiety, Insomnia.
I offer remote or face to face appointments for adults and children over 12yrs.
