About me

Dr Sreelakshmi Kotha is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at HCA London Bridge.

Dr Kotha practices in NHS at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital where she is the clinical lead for Endoscopy and post-graduate education lead. She graduated in Medicine in India and did her postgraduate gastroenterology training in London in King's college hospital and Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital. She completed fellowships in liver transplantation in Toronto, Canada and in hepatobiliary endoscopy at Royal Free hospital.

Dr Kotha has experience in all areas of gastroenterology and has sub speciality interest in Hepatology and hepatobiliary medicine including alcohol related liver disease, fatty liver disease, viral hepatitis and autoimmune hepatitis. Dr Kotha performs gastroscopy, colonoscopy and advanced endoscopy to remove bile duct stones (ERCP).

Dr Kotha is active in clinical research and conducts medical trials in NHS and has numerous publications in peer reviewed journals.
