About me
Dr Suleman Latif is a consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine. His primary aim is to work together with you to manage your symptoms and help you get back to living how you would like to, whether this is simply taking a walk in a park or competing in high-level sport.
Dr Latif's experience started in 2008 prior to graduating from the prestigious Kings College London Medical School with Partial Distinction in 2013. He then successfully pursued postgraduate training at the world-renowned Royal London Hospital, before obtaining an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine with Merit at Queen Mary, University of London. He completed his specialist training in Sport and Exercise Medicine at the highly regarded training programme at the Nuffield Orthopaedic centre, Oxford.
Dr Latif held a position of Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. He led the Acute Soft Tissue Injury Clinic and the medical care in the community musculoskeletal clinic. He provides expert assessment and treatment in musculoskeletal and sports injuries to a wide scope of patients, from recreational hobbyists to competitive athletes. He has experience in a wide breadth of sports. This includes Premier League football, rugby and boxing. He has previously worked with athletes in preparation for the Olympic Games from multiple sports during his time at The UK Sports Institute in Bisham Abbey.
