?I am a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist, specialising in Anxiety and Depression, including, OCD, GAD, Panic, Specific Phobia and Depression working with both adults and young people.

?My aim is to help people recover and lead fulfilling lives. Enabling you to gain - not only an understanding of your difficulties - but to develop a range of skills to help you overcome these and feel equipped, looking to the future, to overcome any barriers that may come your way � ultimately giving you the tools to become your own therapist.
