?I am a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist, specialising in Anxiety and Depression, including, OCD, GAD, Panic, Specific Phobia and Depression working with both adults and young people.

Enabling you to gain - not only an understanding of your difficulties - but to develop a range of skills to help you overcome these and feel equipped, looking to the future, to overcome any barriers that may come your way � ultimately giving you the tools to become your own therapist.
