About me
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and am a therapeutic counsellor and clinical supervisor.
My therapeutic approach is Humanistic, with an integrative approach to supervision. I draw from many other models in my counselling practice such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Counselling and Solution Focussed Therapy. My aim is to find a therapeutic approach which best suits you.
