About me

I have practiced as a counsellor and assessor since 2013 working with a diverse range of clients in various settings, including the NHS, mental health charities and private practice. I have a specialism in bereavement counselling.

I am currently part of a group practice in the City of London where I work with a range of clients, including lawyers and City professionals. My practice days are Monday to Friday, daytimes and evenings. In person appointments are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Online appointments are via Zoom and / or telephone on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

I have a professional Diploma in Counselling and I am a Registered, Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the Association of Christians in Counselling and Linked Professions (ACC), and the Association for Counsellors and Therapists Online (ACTO). Prior to training in counselling, I gained a masters degree in Molecular Genetics with Counselling, following a first degree in Psychology.

I am fully insured and have supervision regularly to ensure that I practice ethically and safely. I am covered by an enhanced DBS.
