About me

I am an experienced and highly skilled clinical psychologist and psychotherapist offering in-depth consultation and psychotherapy to individuals and groups.

I work with people from a range of backgrounds and personal circumstances, and offer a safe and confidential space to explore and understand their emotional struggles and difficulties in relationships.

I tailor and adapt a variety of approaches in keeping with every client’s unique difficulties and needs.I have been qualified as a psychologist for over 25 years and have considerable experience of working sensitively across cultures and in different settings.In psychotherapy with me you can expect a change in the pace from the bustle and busyness of everyday life to a more thoughtful and steady approach in helping you work through your difficulties.

I am registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and accredited by the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists ( UKCP). I am a Full Member of the Institute of Group Analysis (IGA) and I am a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
My private-practice is based in South Manchester and online. I also work in a senior role in the NHS, leading a team of psychotherapists who work with adults who struggle with a range of complex mental health difficulties. I also supervise and train psychotherapists.
