I am a fully accredited therapist with considerable experience working with a leading relationship counselling provider, crisis intervention service and trauma centre.
I am a fully trained EMDR therapist with experience of working with trauma, PTSD, past abuse & developmental trauma.
I assist individuals to understand their distress & protective coping strategies & work towards healing.
Currently I work exclusively online.
