About me

I offer a calm, thoughtful, and grounded therapeutic space where you do not have to perform, explain yourself away, or be anything other than you are. Therapy with me is not about fixing what is broken, but about understanding how you became who you are, and creating the conditions in which change can emerge safely and naturally.

My work is rooted in the belief that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours make sense when we understand the contexts in which they developed. Many patterns that now feel limiting were once intelligent ways of surviving, coping, or staying connected. Rather than battling these patterns, we take the time to listen to them, understand their purpose, and gently explore what is needed now.

I work relationally and integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet you as an individual. Sessions are paced with care and attuned to both mind and body, shaped around what feels most supportive for you in each moment. Some sessions may feel reflective and steady, others more exploratory or gently challenging, always guided by safety, consent, and curiosity.

The therapeutic relationship itself sits at the heart of my work. Feeling seen, understood, and emotionally held is not a by product of therapy, it is central to how meaningful change happens. You set the pace. We work collaboratively, with deep respect for your autonomy, your history, and your nervous system.

People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or quietly exhausted from holding everything together. My role is not to push you forward, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, your values, and a sense of internal steadiness and choice.

I am a fully qualified and accredited therapist, registered with the NCPS in the United Kingdom, and I work ethically with ongoing supervision and professional development. Alongside private practice, I have experience working in complex and emotionally demanding settings, which informs the depth, care, and sensitivity of my work.

Therapy with me is a place to slow down, make sense of things at a deeper level, and begin to live with greater clarity, self compassion, and agency.

I am also a licensed Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories Protocol Practitioner. RTM is a non traumatizing, clinician led therapy that allows you to remain fully in control throughout the process. The aim is not to erase memories, but to safely reconsolidate them so they no longer trigger overwhelming emotional or physiological responses.

RTM typically takes place over three to four ninety minute sessions. During sessions, clients sit comfortably while being guided through a structured visualisation process using an imagined movie screen. This allows traumatic memories to be separated from the intense feelings of fear, helplessness, or danger that were originally attached to them. No homework or practice is required outside of sessions, and clients remain relaxed and comfortable throughout.

Following RTM, people are able to remember past traumatic events without being emotionally hijacked by them. Flashbacks and traumatic nightmares are eliminated for the majority of clients, alongside related symptoms such as hypervigilance, intrusive re living, disrupted sleep, and heightened physical stress responses. Many people report improved emotional regulation, concentration, and a renewed sense of freedom in thought and action.

RTM has been shown to be particularly effective for those who have experienced combat trauma, sexual trauma, childhood trauma, and other severe or complex traumatic experiences.
