About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist specialising in time limited therapy for common mental health difficulties. I have over 12 years experience of working in private practice and in the NHS. In addition I have held management/leadership roles and work as supervisor within the counselling profession.

Coming into therapy can feel daunting. I have a warm and approachable nature and aim to put you at ease within a safe and confidential therapy space.
