I am Nick Carr, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with a 30 year clinical background in both NHS and Private mental health settings.
I offer effective CBT treatments which are individually tailored to match the specific needs of my clients. I have a passion for helping people overcome life’s challenges. I specialise in empowering clients to develop effective strategies to fully understand and manage their problems and enhance their overall mental well-being.
