About me
In a world that often feels fast, uncertain, and demanding, many people find themselves feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or disconnected from what really matters to them. Therapy can be a place to explore current and past life experiences, learn new ways to handle difficult feelings, and begin living in a way that feels more grounded and meaningful.
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist based in Bristol, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). After 17 years working in NHS services, I now work in private practice, where I continue to offer evidence-based psychological therapy, with a particular emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I aim to adapt therapy to each person's unique experiences and needs, offering a neuro-affirming therapy space that acknowledges and respects different ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to the world. I also have a particular interest in supporting parents with their own wellbeing, recognising the emotional demands that caring roles can place on individuals and relationships.
If something here resonates with you, please do get in touch to see whether therapy might be a useful next step.
