About me

I am a chartered clinical psychologist based in Bristol, registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). I have worked in the NHS for 17 years with adults, children and young people presenting with a range of developmental, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

I aim to develop a safe and supportive therapeutic space where you feel able to talk openly about the challenges you are facing. I hope to spend time noticing and understanding what is important to you in life, and use this to guide our work.

As a clinical psychologist I draw on a variety of evidence based approaches in therapeutic work. I aim to adapt therapy to suit the needs of each individual, which includes working with neurodivergent clients and aiming to provide a neuro-affirming therapy space. I primarily use third wave cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), specifically Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have a particular interest in supporting parents with their wellbeing.
