About me

I am a HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registered Clinical Psychologist. I can provide assessment and intervention for many common mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, OCD and PTSD.

I work with clients of all ages, but I have a particular expertise in working with children and young people, following extensive experience of working in NHS CAMHS services.

I also work with adults, particularly those presenting to occupational health services within their workplace (including medical
professionals). I have a particular interest in working with people following experiencing trauma at work, often using EMDR.

I see teenagers (15+) and adults looking for trauma related therapy, offering EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitzation and Reprocessing). I am Level 3 EMDR trained.

I have particular expertise (and additional training) in both assessment and intervention for neurodivergent people, particularly individuals presenting with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

I have a developing interest in working with talented young sports people.

I would describe myself as an integrative practitioner, with additional post doctorate training in CBT, EMDR, ACT, and compassion focussed approaches. I have completed additional training in clinical supervision and therefore can also offer supervision to other practitioners.

Prior to moving to private practice during 2018, I worked within the NHS for many years.
