About me

I am an empathic counselling psychologist with more than 20 years experience in helping others achieve greater peace of mind regardless of the cause of your current situation. ​
Therapy with me will allow you the time to be with yourself, your thoughts and feelings. I will help and encourage you to work things out so that you can process events and emotions in the presence of someone who is on your side and who will not criticise or judge.

I have helped clients with a wide range of complex psychological needs within the NHS and private practice. My earlier career in business coaching is useful when supporting others dealing with work-related stresses and personal development. ​
