About me

I am a BACP accredited counsellor, qualified in gestalt (humanistic) counselling, specialising in working with adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties. I have provided counselling for one of the UK’s leading mental health organisations.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental and confidential environment where you can be yourself and share sensitive topics safely. I am very passionate about helping people to make sense of the difficulties they may be experiencing in their lives. Counselling gives the opportunity to explore, understand and manage issues which may be causing distress, confusion or difficulty. I can help you to gain personal awareness so you can enjoy a better quality of life, improved wellbeing and help to make different choices for yourself in the future.

I work face to face and by video call.
