About me

Hi and welcome to my page, my name is Roisin (Row-sheen).

I run a thriving private practice mostly based online, I have a few walk and talk therapy sessions available just outside of Carlisle. I have been practicing since 2017 and I have experience working with a wide and diverse range of people and issues. This could be things like stress, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, lack of motivation, postpartum difficulties or bereavement

I successfully support clients to understand themselves and their issues on a deeper level while working with them to make changes to improve their lives and wellbeing.

I have a special interest in working with baby loss and especially pregnancy after loss. I help clients, process previous grief and loss, develop practical tools for managing pregnancy anxiety and trauma responses, learn how to advocate for yourself during medical appointments, find ways to connect with your current pregnancy while honoring your loss, build self-compassion and understanding for your unique journey.
