About me

Hi, I'm looking forward to hearing from you! I want to hear your concerns and support you to work towards the things that are most important in your life. I feel that therapy should happen in a friendly, nurturing space in which you feel safe and comfortable to bring anything you want to talk about and work on. I usually suggest exercises and other resources to complete in between sessions in order to keep the work progressing.

Our lives can get pushed out of shape by events that are beyond our control. Sometimes this means we lose sight of what is important to us and end up doing things more because we think we "should" than because we actually want to do them. I want to support you to live a full life, doing things that you feel are meaningful.

I have 14+ years experience of therapeutic work with people in a wide range of NHS and independent settings. The first step of contacting a therapist can often be the hardest, but I hope you are able to take up my offer of a free 15 minute call to discuss what your hopes are and see if I am the right fit.
