About me

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor with experience working with adults, couples and young people.

My training is integrative which includes; Person Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, Gestalt with some creative therapy approaches. I aime to provide a non judgemental and supprotive environment for all clients.

I have worked a number of years for a Cancer Charity.

I am an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist.

I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and professional indemnity insurance.

I can help with anxiety, stress, self esteem issues, low mood, depression, relationship issues, experiencing chronic illness, along with suicidal ideation.
