About me

I'm a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council. I have worked in the field of mental health for over a decade and worked within clinical psychology in the NHS from 2014 - 2022, including in senior and supervisory psychology positions. I have been running my own private practice since 2020.

Areas of interest

My passion and expertise lies particularly in working with women facing difficulties with self-esteem, people-pleasing or perfectionism, and emotional struggles including anxiety, depression and anger. I specialise in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and compassion-focussed (CFT).
