About me

Hi, I am a BACP accredited counsellor working in Epsom, Surrey and offer both online and face to face sessions. I work with clients on a variety of issues and concerns including anxiety problems, depression, relationship and family difficulties, divorce, rejection, loss of self identity and life direction. I work with many survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse (I am Freedom Program trained)

As a therapist I work in such a way as to ensure you are central and in control of your own therapy at all times. I will listen to what you would like to achieve from our time together and will be led by you, exploring what you feel to be most relevant in every session. Our work together will be totally unique to you with therapy focused on meeting your needs, exploring and working towards the goals you wish to pursue, in an empathic, safe and confidential environment.
