About me

If you are going through a relationship break up or worried about personal issues looking for somewhere to turn can feel daunting and confusing. I offer a relaxed, friendly, non judgemental environment to explore and work through whatever issues are proving problematic whether online or in face to face sessions.

I am a BACP accredited counsellor working in Epsom, Surrey. I work and support clients with a variety of issues and concerns including divorce and relationship break ups, anxiety problems, stress, depression, family difficulties, rejection, loss of self identity and life direction. I specialise in divorce and relationship issues and have extensive experience working with domestic violence and sexual abuse survivors (I am Freedom Program trained)

As a therapist I work in such a way as to ensure YOU are central and in control of your own therapy at all times. I will listen to what you would like to achieve from our time together and will be led by you, exploring what you feel to be most relevant in every session. Our work together will be totally unique to you with therapy focused on meeting your needs. Exploring and working towards the goals you wish to pursue, in an empathic, safe and confidential environment.

I work with clients aged 18 years and upwards on a whole range of issues including divorce, depression, anxiety, stress, self-worth, identity and confidence related problems. Relationship and family difficulties, redundancy, work issues and sexual concerns. I also work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
