About me

I am a fully qualified counsellor/psychotherapist working with a range of issues including; anxiety, depression and relationship problems. I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Leicester University and I have achieved accredited status with the industry body, the BACP.

In addition, I have completed International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association certified training in ISTDP (Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy). I have also undertaken training in Coherence Therapy.

I have experience of working with adults and young people on a short term and long term basis. As well as my private practice I have worked at Leicester Counselling Centre, Banbury and Bicester College and Corby Mind, with whom I have full CRB (DBS) clearance. I adhere to the BACP ethical code of practice and regularly attend professional development training.
