About me

Hello, I am a qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor based in Farnham, Surrey. I am a registered member of  the BACP and Accredited member of NCPS. As well as having my own private practice Serenity Speaking, in central Farnham, I currently am registered and working with client from The Police Firearms Officers Association and have previously volunteered for a few years with The Fountain Centre, Royal Surrey County Hospital and with Catalyst drug and Alcohol misuse charities. I offer a secure, confidential environment so that you can feel safe to explore whatever may be troubling you. I am an integrative and trained EMDR therapist. This means I am able to tailor the therapy to suit your individual needs. I believe that understanding, compassion and a non judgmental approach are important values in life, always using these values in my practice. I will work collaboratively with you, at your pace. I can offer short-term, fixed-term or long- term, face to face (in a COVID-19 secure environment) or if you prefer I can offer online & telephone therapy.
