About me

Coral completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Brighton, receiving first class honours. She worked with children who had experienced abuse and neglect and in a Primary Mental Health service, supporting hundreds of adults to understand themselves and their challenges and find ways forward.

Coral then completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire. She specialised in supporting people with histories of complex trauma.

Drawing on training in multiple therapies, particularly EMDR and Energy psychology, and extensive clinical experience, she crafts a unique package for each person, helping them target their main challenges. Having gone through her own personal adventure with cancer, and applied all that she knows to her own healing, Coral is experienced and practiced in working with the interplay between mind and body.

Coral brings warmth, care, humour and vast experience to allow you to feel heard, understood, empowered and importantly, to experience deep, meaningful change. She works from a whole person perspective to help people process and work through old traumas, patterns, beliefs and experiences. She is passionate about being authentic, and valuing our individual uniqueness.

Coral likes nothing more than a long walk, preferably by the sea, or, dancing to music in a field. She is happiest outside.
