About me
I am an integrative humanistic counsellor mainly person centred but also using a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused brief therapy and motivational interviewing where appropriate. For more than 20 years, I have worked with clients from many backgrounds, ages and identities and with a wide range of issues and concerns. I help people experiencing anxiety and depression, bereavement and drug & alcohol dependency. I also offer assistance to relieve employment related stress
