About me

I am not currently taking on new clients due to availability.

I am a registered chartered Clinical Psychologist, offering evidence-based psychological therapy to help a range of difficulties that may be getting in the way of living a fulfilling life. I am trained to provide psychological treatment for a range of difficulties across a spectrum of severity.

I provide therapy that is catered to my client’s unique needs and that remains focused on their goals. I do this by drawing upon my training in several different therapeutic approaches and using them according to my client’s specific difficulties and the changes they wish to make. The main therapeutic approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focussed Therapy (CFT).
