About me

I work with adolescents and adults who would like to understand themselves better and who may need some help with managing their emotions and their day to day lives, improving their relationships, getting relief from symptoms of trauma and improving their self esteem and confidence. I also work with anxiety, phobias and functional pain/conditions. I can offer coaching to individuals to improve performance or to help them work towards making changes in specific areas of their life. I can also offer supervision to other professionals/organisations. I have a special interest in trauma informed care-training and implementation.

I'm a Clinical Psychologist with 15 years experience working across setting's including in the community, in-patient and social care settings. I am DBT and EMDR trained and like to work integratively, incorporating CBT, CFT and ACT. I work with individuals and families, specialising in complexity. I'm also a trained Behavioural Family Therapist and a coach.

I'm a compassionate and dedicated psychologist who can provide a safe space for individuals to explore themselves, make changes and feel confident to move forwards with their lives. I am currently offering in person sessions in Northamptonshire. I also offer remote sessions.
