About me
Thanks for looking at my profile.
I'm an Integrated therapist working with all age groups from children, young people and adults.
Integrated means I have studied different ways of working with clients and I am able to work with my client to find the best therapeutic way of working for each individual.
I used to work at director level in industry and I'm a mother, grandmother and was a foster mother. So I've experienced many of the issues that can bring people to struggle with their mental health.
I believe in finding the right fit for each client, regardless of age, culture, sex or gender. We are all individuals and bring our own unique perspective.
I've worked with veterans, those who have experience recent and/or childhood trauma, children and young people, parents, families and bereaved children and adults, as well as those faced with anxiety and stressors from many different sources, now or in the past. I'm also Certified as an Adoption Support Counsellor.
I research the effect of the pandemic, lockdowns and interacting online for people from a psychological perspective, during the pandemic.
