About me
Dr Jonell Smith is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and BPS RAPPS registered Clinical Supervisor with experience delivering psychological therapy in private practice, universities, the NHS and other professional settings.
She provides compassionate, personalised therapy using a collaborative, client centred and integrative approach. Dr Smith tailors treatment to each person's needs and goals, offering a supportive and structured space for meaningful change. She works actively with clients to build coping strategies, develop self compassion and restore confidence and control in their lives.
Dr Smith has a special interest in ADHD, trauma, chronic pain and long term health conditions. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with ADHD and other complex emotional and physical health difficulties.
